“On Saturday, I was looking for a particular pair of Reiker sandals on line and your website came up. I found exactly what I wanted - correct style, colour and size, and ordered them there and then. They were delivered on Monday - 2 days! That is what I call excellent service. The best bit was that they were on sale and therefore I got a bargain. I will definitely use you again. Thank you.”

“Top marks to the soft underfoot cushioning! However, my feet are very hard to please. A bony structure, umpteen deformities and painful neuropathy mean that I found even these unsuitable. Adding slender ankles, they looked and felt huge. Full marks to the nearly perfect product and customer service, my quest continues....”

“I ordered a pair of mens sandels which arived in a box without any returns paperwork. As I ordered the right sandels but in error ordered the extra wide fir rather than the ordinary size, I have emailed you asking to know how I return the sandels and organise for the right pair to be sent to me. I have not however had a response to my email and still have the sandels which cannot be worn. Please can someone reply to my email as soon as possible as my son is needing to wear his new sandels which are the same ones we have bought from you previously. Thank you Jacqui Whitehead”
