“Already owning 2 pairs of EU44 Grisport shoes, I ordered the same size for these trainers/shoes with leather uppers. Unfortunately, these shoes were too big, probably because they had no lace- fastening flaps- just a rigid opening (common nowadays) to draw your laces across. Hence no tolerance to tighten the flaps to to suit your foot's width, and my heels were lifting in the shoes when walking. Nonetheless, the inside of the shoes were extremely comfortable and cushioned- as Grisport shoes are. The leather uppers were lovely and soft, but I did find the soles and heels far too rigid- the latter made you feel tilting forwards when standing/walking.”

“The shoes I purchased were for a wedding and although I was sceptical ordering shoes online, the customer service was exemplary. I emailed Hal my concerns (I have osteoarthritis in the top of my left foot and use special insoles) about my insole fitting in to the shoes. He immediately emailed back telling me not to worry and I could return them if necessary. It turned out that the insoles didn't fit and when I contacted Hal to advise him he explained that they supplied insoles that would fit. I purchased these, they fitted perfectly and I wore them around the house for a full day a week or two before the wedding. They were extremely comfortable and Hal was so understanding and helpful. I've waited until now to write this review as the wedding was actually 3 days ago. I would happily purchase more shoes from Elevate Your Sole. Thanks so much Hal.”
