“I bought a beautiful pair of sandals online but unfortunately they were too small across the foot. I returned them by Royal Mail and not their own service which I found cumbersome. “Lovely shoes but not colour as advertised. Picture and description incorrect. Shoes were pink/mauve colour on arrival. Had to pay for an envelope to send back and for post office to print me off a label plus the £3 tracking fee you are charging me!!! Will not be buying from you again.”

Thanks for your feedback, and I’m really sorry the colour wasn’t quite what you expected. We completely understand how disappointing that can be. My colleague agreed the image didn’t reflect the colour accurately, so we covered the return in full with no deductions. We’d never charge for a return if we’re at fault. You also mentioned being charged by the Post Office to print the label – that absolutely shouldn’t have happened. Our returns labels are pre-paid for both postage and printing, and in all our years handling returns, this is the first time we’ve heard of this. We’re raising it with Royal Mail to prevent it happening again. Thanks again for ordering with us – sorry this one didn’t work out, and we hope we might have the chance to welcome you back in future.
