“Your customer services were totally unhelpful and, I believe, non conversent with the law governing who is responsible for the delivery of purchased goods. They are not a good advert for your company”

“I bought a pair of these splendid boots some months ago, and recently ordered a second pair (just in case they go out of production!). On the first order, I wasn't quite sure which size would be the better fit, so ordered two sizes. Return of the pair I didn't want was very easy, and the cost speedily refunded. when I spoke to the sellers by 'phone, they couldn't have been more helpful. “I don't live in North Wales but regularly visit Llandudno where Elevate Your Sole is. I always go home with new shoes as the range they sell is amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. In fact, I was looking for a Roke rucksack but they didn't have the colour I wanted. I asked if they could contact me when the item came in and fair enough I had a phone call from them a few weeks later and received the rucksack a couple of days after, post free.”
