Hello, Thank you for your review. I checked your tracking information and this was delivered on the 19th January. Your order was placed on the 17th January, so it only took 2 day to get delivered to you. Possibly you are confusing this with an order from elsewhere? Regards, Element Replacement.

“Quick delivery although just sent in a padded envelope so lucky so it wasn't damaged. Easy to fit as everything lined up fixings wise. Only reservation is that the last one purchased from element replacement UK only 13 months ago blew / stopped working. Should note however that I am unsure if this is just luck of the draw and the majority last for a few years.”
