Fast delivery and cheap. However, the holes in the supplied element were too small for the existing screws. I had to find a drill to make them bigger. This wasted quite a bit of time.
Not significant for functionality but the connectors were also angled at 90 degrees while in the product photo they are straight which is the same as the original part. This added to the wondering of if I'd be sent the wrong item and should return it. It seems to work fine.
