The element did not match the old one even though the oven model was correctly identified and some work will be required to install it.

The first element didn't work when I informed them of this I was told that I must of put it in wrong and they'd never had one fail before! They then informed me I would have to pay £6 if they tested it and found it was ok . Surprisingly it was faulty Mmmm. No apology tho and I had to pay £6 to send the faulty one back before they sent me another one . ???? Not very good at all !!!!!

Dear Mr Schorah, I am sorry that you had a poor experience when you bought a part from us. I have looked at our records and as you say, this part was found to be faulty when we tested it. It is almost unknown for new elements to be open circuit but in this case it was. I will therefor refund £10 to cover your return postage. Regards Howard.

Everything was ok until today(14/01 /2016) when the element broke down after only 4 weeks of use.Obviously it seems I would have been better off going to the cookers manufacturer for their element.

Paid top end for an element that said it fitted my oven! Only to find when fitting it did not? So a waste of money, lesson learnt - always buy original parts!

Ordered item and paid for next day delivery as item was needed ..... Received item 5 days later so absolutely no need to pay for next day delivery and could of got item quicker elsewhere . Not happy at all

Hello Mr Holder Sorry to hear about the delayed delivery of your order. We dispatched the order on Monday 14th Nov for delivery the following day. it appears that Royal Mail didn't deliver until Wed 16th. Most of the time the Tracked 24 system works very well but Royal Mail do not guarantee the delivery time. Sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused. Howard (Elerep)

The element I purchased was to fit 4 model types of Nardi cookers including mine, but the element has been modified beyond all recognition to my old one, therefore my husband who fortunately is very capable was able to virtually redesign the element and fittings to fit in my oven. WHY OH WHY do you do that. It causes such problems a 5 minute job took 2 hrs. Not every wife has a clever Husband Mrs S Dawson

The element I ordered according to the catalogue did not fit my cookerproperly, the problem was with the element support bar, which was straight but to fit my cooker it needed to be angled down by about 1 1/2" down to fit on a moulding in the ovensides .I am an electrician so I had to adapt the old support bar to the new element you should not have to do this! .This is very poor, I will not be ordering from this company again, I think it must be a copy, not an original Baumatic

Dear Mr Drake. Thank you for your order, sorry to hear that there was a problem with the part that we supplied. I have looked at your original order and there was no model number supplied so I can not be sure that this part is right for your oven (it only fits two Baumatic models as far as we know) We always attempt to supply our customers with the best possible image of the part and recommend that a visual comparison is done before ordering If you can supply a model number, we will look into this and hopefully resolve any future issues.
