“didnt fit the oven that the website said it would - v poor”

Hello Marc, I'm sorry the element didn't fit, you don't seem to have contacted us to allow us to remedy this. As we don't have any information about your oven we can't confirm the correct element. If you would contact us on Monday we will ensure you get the correct element or a full refund

Your model number brings up two different fan oven element depending on the date of manufacture. For this reason we always recommend comparing the image of our parts with the one in your oven before ordering.

“I was sent the incorrect element I emailed the company immediately and have yet to receive a reply 5 days later. Obviously this has meant I have been without a functioning oven. The local takeaways are no doubt grateful though.”

“Apparently there was an attempted delivery! News to me! I had no idea that someone has tried to deliver this parcel!!No delivery note...and product sent back without my knowledge! Shoddy beyond belief, will never use this site again . Will be demanding my money back after the Easter break. I'll spend my money on a company that will deliver the goods honestly. I usually get a note to say the parcel would either be in my local post office or in the central depot, very unusual for this not to be the case. As a company , a review of the way you organise delivery is urgently needed.ive never encountered such incompetence!”

Hello, We're sorry you did not receive your item. We use Royal Mail as our courier, so once we have dispatched the item it is out of our hands, and is with them for delivery. It is an automated system which means Royal Mail are given the delivery details you provide us with. In your case we were not provided with a full address, therefore the item was returned to us by Royal Mail as the 'address was incomplete'. “A very poor rating due to the element being a "Special Order" Item and "Non-refundable" if it didn't fit or work properly, strange that such a common item (not listed as special order) would fit into this category and the company not wiling to stand behind the parts that it is supplying it's customers.”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Certain items, including the one you ordered, are listed as special order items, which means we do not keep them in stock, and therefore have to order them in especially for the customer. As they are ordered in specially, we urge the customer to ensure the part is the correct one as we can not accept a return for customer error. However, if the part we supplied was faulty, or not as we describe, we would of course accept a return and resolve the issue whichever way deemed most convenient. Regards, Element Replacement Ltd

“Heating element are cheap replicas that don't fit. Even though they are quoted as original. AVOID!!!!!!!!”

Hello Mauro, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. For many models of cooker we sell both genuine original parts, and budget pattern parts. The 2 parts you ordered were less expensive replica parts, but they match the specifications of the genuine parts.
