“As long as you know your appliance serial number it's very easy to place your order delivery was really fast and the grill element was a perfect match fit it myself in about 15 mins works perfectly fully recommend this firm”

“We needed an element for our eleven year old Lamona fan oven. Whilst making enquiries in our local Howdens outlet I spoke to a chap who said that he had bought the same item from Element Replacement a few years ago. He recommended going that route on the grounds of both cost and delivery time. Back home I visited the E/R website, which I felt to be very confidence-inspiring when it came to the correctness of the part (I hadn't actually removed the old one to check its appearance and dimensions). The online ordering process, e-mail progress reports and delivery all worked fine, and the part was indeed the correct fit. I would certainly make Element Replacement my first port-of-call should we need similar stuff in the future.”

“Sadly can’t recommend. Received element very quickly and was fitted same day. Two days later it blew/failed and cut off electric. Purchased a replacement via another company and that’s worked fine.”

“My Lamona oven stopped working so ordered a replacement element. Knowing less than nothing about ovens, it was great to be able to put in the model number of my oven and be presented with two choices - cheap vs genuine spare. I chose the genuine spare. It arrived quickly and fitted perfectly. Should I need another in the future I will definitely re-order. It was great not to have the uncertainty of what I was ordering.”
