“Service and comms is very good but the item sent, a fragile heating element, was sent in a plastic bag with no protective padding. Please use better packaging in future please.”

“The element arrived. Seems like average quality but this is my second one in 4 years which seems to indicate that they don't have much longevity which is a nuisance. Don't know if better quality ones exist to fit my oven.”

Hello, The part ordered was a genuine manufacturers part, so can't get better quality. However this particular element is very small, which means they sometimes aren't as efficient. Element Replacement
