“Great service, ordered element Sunday which was very easy on their website, as it confirms that the part is correct for your appliance, delivered Tuesday and fitted with help of a you tube video, old element was in a right state, could see daylight through it. Totally recommend Element Replacement. 👍👍👍”

Hello, Sorry to hear of your wait. As you ordered on the evening of the 24th, this was dispatched on the 26th (due to the Royal Mail strike which we mentioned on our website on the 25th). Delays were to be expected in the days following the industrial action, which we also clearly mentioned on our website. Tracked 48 usually takes 2-3 working days - your item was dispatched on Wednesday and delivered on Monday. Sorry to hear we did not reply to your email. I cannot see any email from the address provided, unless they were sent from an alternate address? Regards, Element Replacement

“They have a real person on a real phone who can give advice. Delivered promptly (even during RM strike). Good quality replacement, fitted easily. Lamona 3405: only needed one PZ2 screwdriver all in. Get on with it.”
