“ordering was easy and delivery was on time however the element supplied fitted the oven grille but was short of the dimensions given on website”

Hello, Apologies for the incorrect information. It looks as though this element varies depending where we source it from, however the website has now been updated to show the correct measurements. Element Replacement Ltd.

“Searched all over for a replacement element for a Neff oven. These guys had them in stock as mine was a rather awkward shape. Even when I made a mistake on the order they rang me to confirm, and sent the right one out the same day. It's fitted and working now. Will certainly use this company again. Well done.”

“My oven recently stopped working and needed a replacement element, I contacted a local repair service who came out and could not repair it as they hadn't got the correct part, 3 weeks later the part still hadn't arrived so I contacted Element Replacement who sorted me out right away, the part arrived within 2 days. Fantastic service and very helpful staff.”
