“Prompt delivery of the correct part”

“I have now replaced all the hobs on my De Longhi cooker, the old ones had become rusted and unsightly. All of the new ones fitted easily and work perfectly. The only black mark was a bit of damage on one of the threaded securing studs, which was fixed in a couple of minutes with a little filing. The new hob units came quickly and were well-packed, I recommend your company.”

“Well I was happy because the element arrived on time and was the correct one for my cooker, I wasn't happy because when I tried to install it I found the fixing screw holes were too small for the screws. However, being a resourceful sort of guy I drilled them out to suit. Other than that everything was and is fine.”

“The part is ok and easy enough to fit. My Dissatisfaction lies with the delivery the website states place order before 9pm for next day delivery. I placed my order before 9pm Thursday and paid for nx day delivery the part did not arrive until the Monday !????”

Thank you for your order. I am sorry you were dissatisfied with the delivery. Our cut of time is 4pm not 9pm and is displayed on the home page as follows, Standard delivery or next day service available. Same day dispatch for instock orders received before 4pm. Regards Howard.
