“The site allowed me to select the correct part and has a double check to make sure that the part ordered matched our appliance, which is very useful, when you don't have much experience in this area and there are so many different types to choose from. This gave me confidence that I would get what I needed. Delivery was fast and efficient, with the part well packaged.”

“It was easily fitted, but needed slight alteration to the fixing hole which was not the same size. I drilled the hole larger. Good product at the right price.”

“To be honest , I was a little sceptical . I shouldn't have been , The part was correct and the service was prompt , Thank you Element replacement , I thought I was having to fork out fopr a whole new fan assisted cooker , 20 mins after the part arrived , wahooo fixed cooker Bob”

“Quick delivery and quality good. Only issue was that the attached central clip needed on some models but not mine, was a bit difficult to get off. Have done this repair before but less experienced folk need an instruction set (not supplied). Worked fine and hopefully few more years out of an otherwise good oven.”
