“The element I needed was not listed against the New World cooker I have so I took it apart and measured it and took a chance on what turned out to be the correct item. Element Replacement do advise this in the circumstances I found myself in so it turned out fine. I've also advised them to add my cooker model number to this item so this might help other people in the future. Other than that everything was very normal with ordering and delivery etc.”

“Good price and easy to fit ,worked perfectly,the only down side is it was sent by Royal Mail and took far to long to get here .nearly a week .if it was next day delivery you would get a ten star rating”

“The element supplied was not the same as the one in my oven as it didn’t have a bracket support for inside the oven. It did however fit and is working without the extra support not the end of the world though”
