“I struggled to get the replacement element I needed for an elderly neighbour’s oven, until I found Element Replacement Ltd. online…. I should have gone there first, the answer’s in the name, after all!! I called them on the phone in the afternoon and my new element arrived the next day (Liverpool to Glasgow). Great price, good quality element and great service…. Thank you.”

“We paid for next day delivery at a cost of £6.99 and that just did not happen. It stated order by 9pm for next day which we did. We got it the day after that, so we could have paid the low price!”

Hello, Sorry, I'm not sure if you are confusing your order with us, with another? We charge £5.99 for Tracked 24 delivery, not £6.99. However, you did not choose this option - you chose Tracked 48 delivery which takes a couple of days. Therefore, you got your item on time. Also, we state the cut-off for same-day dispatch is 4pm - not 9pm. Regards, ELement Replacement Ltd.
