“This is the second time We have ordered an element for our oven. Quick service and easy to use. The first element lasted 10 years so very happy considering the oven is 16 years old. Would definitely use again.”

“Ordered a replacement part for my Belling cooker. Model is an older one, but the website clearly stated which models the part would suit. Part arrived within 48 hours and was so easy to fit. Would definitely recommend as the price was very reasonable. Thanks”

“Looking for a certain part for our cooker (Oven top element ) the cooker is eight years old. Punched in the serial number and found the part with no problem giving you the dimensions of the part to reference. Arrived and fitted the part with no complications.”

“I needed a replacement element for a Neff oven and had been waiting over 3 weeks from the first company I contacted, I rang Element Replacement and they sorted it straight away and delivered to me the following day. Excellent service and Howard was extremely helpful, will definitely use them again.”

“Very helpful. Made contact by telephone before purchase to explain the fault with our very old AEG oven (B1180-4-M) and received some very helpful guidance on the replacement element, cost and availability. This was fitted on Wednesday and the oven is back up & running. Saved us the cost and inconvenience of ordering a new oven and equally happy to have made the repair so that we don’t create more scrap metal / packaging waste. £20 very well spent.”

“They were helpful with the type of element I thought I needed for our very old cooker when its fan oven stopped heating. In the end, the element was not required as it was the thermostat that was faulty. The company was then sympathetic about my returning the unused element. I was happy to pay the return postage, as this was at my request.”

“Good site straight forward in finding correct element. I needed the element quickly as we supply home made cakes to several coffee shops, so paid the extra for next day delivery!!! Ordered Wednesday all be it late in the day so thinking it would be here Friday at latest!! It is now Saturday evening and still hasn't arrived!!!!”

Hello, Sorry to hear of the delay. As it was ordered Wednesday evening, it was dispatched on Thursday. Therefore, we would have hoped that arrived Friday, however this is not a guaranteed service. I can see from the tracking information that it is at your local Mail Centre, however I will keep an eye on this for you. I have refunded the difference you paid for Tracked 24 delivery. Once again, apologies for the delay. Element Replacement Ltd.
