Hello, Sorry to hear the element was a little late. As we state Royal Mail do not guarantee Tracked 24 as next day delivery, and I know things were very busy the few days before Christmas. I have checked our emails and could not find anything from your address, so not sure if there was a problem with that coming through to us? However, I'm glad to hear you got the part in and working. “I ordered the element shortly before Christmas and haven't fitted it yet. The old one was still working though bent so I didn't want to take the risk of being ovenless over Christmas and New Year. However, the ordering was easy on the website and the element arrived promptly and robustly packaged so I hope it is easy to fit.”
