“Do not buy from this company! I ordered a part that didn’t fit my oven (wrong connections) and advised by electrician not to use. Their website recommended says this product fitted my oven, but they have a get out clause in the small print, so they are not liable for this (Be careful). After the recommendation by the electrician, this company didn’t understand the electricians concerns! After sending this back, they emailed to say it had been heated up and modified (firstly how can you modify a heating element and secondly, I did not heat this up as recommended) So if it had been, this has been heated up before it was sent to me! So they now have a product that I returned and paid for, so I question was this a return that someone else had already sent back and then sent out to me. I hope this doesn’t get sent to another customer. How many people are they doing this to?! I now have to go through the small claims court to get my money back, but will be good money spent, showing companies like this, they cannot keep doing this to customers. So my advice is stay away from this company and use a reputable one.”

Hello, The element you returned has certainly been heated up as some of the metal parts are burnished in colour and the fixing pin opposite the bracket should be at 90 degree angle and has been straightened. It is clearly not in a saleable condition which is the basis on which items can be returned. We will email you some pictures comparing a new element with the one you returned to help clarify the situation.
