“Delivery was good and right part. I was a little worried as the element wasn’t wrapped in bubble wrap or anything just cardboard. Didn’t seem to protect the element enough but arrived ok.”

“The element could do with more bars to keep it rigid,element bends out of shape,but this could be fault of manufacturer(BEKO in my case)as there are no supporting clips on cooker for the said element.That said,product and service required excellent”

“Fast efficient service with reasonable prices. However I ordered 2 elements which arrived wrapped in bubble wrap in a plastic bag. One of the terminals was bent having only a small strip of cardboard to provide additional protection. In short please provide better protection for long term reliability.”

“Wasn’t as easy to change as I thought it would be but got there in the end. Defiantly worth the money. Oven/grill brand tried charging me £180 for part and fitting. Gave 4* as only tested and not cooked yet”
