“The Element replacement arrived quickly and was easy to fit. The replacement bulb however didn't even last the time it took to warm the oven up and shattered everwhere in the oven in less than 3mins.”

“Delivery was good and right part. I was a little worried as the element wasn’t wrapped in bubble wrap or anything just cardboard. Didn’t seem to protect the element enough but arrived ok.”

“The element could do with more bars to keep it rigid,element bends out of shape,but this could be fault of manufacturer(BEKO in my case)as there are no supporting clips on cooker for the said element.That said,product and service required excellent”
