“Arrived promptly and did the job thanks”

“Phone company for advice but was told to order what I thought was the right part if not return it, not v helpful! My order arrived as per email info, packaging was damaged but contents well wrapped so no damage to element. Element easy to fit, it was the right one, following u tube instructions. Overall v satisfied with product but not with customer service.”

“Turned up on time and my son said it worked fine when he made his bacon sandwich. One of the bars across the element was in a different position to my original element so I had to drill two new holes to fit it. I would use element replacement again.”

“right part, good price, arrived in good condition, however, paid extra for 24 hour delivery which I needed but, took over 24hrs for dispatch!! got it within 3 days of ordering, maybe you should make it clear that you can't process for next day”

“This septuagenarian did not like kneeling down in front of a drop-down door to remove element, or to refit new one. But it is a relatively easy task, even on an Indesit oven! It worked better than the original fan oven unit - which had been replaced in November 2015!!!”

“The element is fine but the postage was poor. I paid extra for 24 hour delivery and it took two days to arrive. When I contacted the company all they said was 'in the small print it does say delivery time is not guaranteed' no apologies. Change your courier to someone who will guarantee or refund customers the extra they have paid.”

“Replacement part was easy to find. The shirt video on how to replace the part was slightly different. My element was screwed from the back of the oven so the whole oven had to come out. An extra 10/15 minutes work. Would've gave 5 stars but delivery took 2 days longer than it said.”
