Hello, Sorry to hear of your wait. As you ordered on the evening of the 24th, this was dispatched on the 26th (due to the Royal Mail strike which we mentioned on our website on the 25th). Delays were to be expected in the days following the industrial action, which we also clearly mentioned on our website. Tracked 48 usually takes 2-3 working days - your item was dispatched on Wednesday and delivered on Monday. Sorry to hear we did not reply to your email. I cannot see any email from the address provided, unless they were sent from an alternate address? Regards, Element Replacement

“They have a real person on a real phone who can give advice. Delivered promptly (even during RM strike). Good quality replacement, fitted easily. Lamona 3405: only needed one PZ2 screwdriver all in. Get on with it.”

“They sent the wrong part despite me checking my model no. Etc with them. Now they will not REFUND the return costs! Expensive order as also cost me two engineer visits‼️”

Hello, I refer you to the bottom of your screenshot, taken from our product page, which asks you to compare the part before ordering as the model number alone is not enough to confirm this. This message is repeated further down the page, as it is on every product on our website. We provide photographs of the elements, with the dimensions clearly described on them, to allow for a physical comparison to be done. Regards, Element Replacement Ltd
