“The element only worked for a few days and needed replacing again- as it came up as a fault after calling an electrician to help diagnose the problem. Very disappointed!”

Hello, Sorry to hear the element failed. You have a guarantee with your element, so if you contact us we can dispatch a replacement free of charge. It is also worth bearing in mind that there may be a reason your element has failed so soon, e.g an inefficient fan motor. Regards, Element Replacement

“Quick delivery although just sent in a padded envelope so lucky so it wasn't damaged. Easy to fit as everything lined up fixings wise. Only reservation is that the last one purchased from element replacement UK only 13 months ago blew / stopped working. Should note however that I am unsure if this is just luck of the draw and the majority last for a few years.”

“Excellent service from Tom. Our first unit from here failed after 8 months, but upon informing, Tom sent out a replacement and it was with us the following day. Can't ask for more than that.”
