“Paid for next day delivery, arrived 48 hours later! Not good enough! Next day is next day! 24 hours payment is 24 hours! Not clear on home page. Other companies send courrier”

Hello I have looked at your order and you placed it at 5.07pm on Monday 22nd Feb. On the home page of the web site we state that orders received before 4pm will be dispatched the same day, yours was therefor dispatched on Tues 23rd Feb and delivered the following day. I am sorry you feel let down by our delivery but we have to have a cut off time to make sure all orders are ready for collection by Royal Mail. Howard.

Hello, I have contacted Royal Mail about the delivery of this part. we dispatched on the 9th Dec. and according to them it was delivered on the 11th Dec. We do state on the web site that Royal Mail do not guarantee the Tracked 24 service, but in our experience 99% of the time it is next day. Howard.

Hello Jonathon, you placed two orders as the payment appeared to have failed on the first, although now we've been alerted to the problem we can see that that payment was indeed processed. We do apologise for the error and have refunded the first payment and would have done so sooner if you had contacted us once you realised there was an error.

Hello Colin, I am sorry that you had a bad experience buying a part on our web site. Being a small family business we try to make our web site as easy as possible to use. When staffing levels allow, we can take telephone orders, but that is not always possible. Sorry again for the inconvenience. Howard

“The service was excellent. The replacement arrived in good time. It was well packed. I watched a video showing me how to remove the oven doors and how to easily replace my part. Sadly, that only applied to the brand new oven on a work bench that is easy to get to. My doors did not have the easy release system, and I cannot remove the part without probably removing the oven and taking it apart.....oh well.”

“The part arrived on time but the packaging was quite poor as part of the element was protruding through the packaging, luckily it did not appear to be damaged. The part has been fitted and is working fine.”

“Could not see on picture that element had only one lug on ring for screw original has three mount lugs on ring perimeter but does same job just not as secure maybe this is a modification prompt delivery many thanks”
