The service was excellent. The replacement arrived in good time. It was well packed. I watched a video showing me how to remove the oven doors and how to easily replace my part. Sadly, that only applied to the brand new oven on a work bench that is easy to get to. My doors did not have the easy release system, and I cannot remove the part without probably removing the oven and taking it apart.....oh well.
