Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We would like to point out that the element does not control the temperature. If you are not getting the heat you expect, we would recommend checking the thermostat or the fan motor - which could be the reason why the element failed in the first place. Good delivery service, prompt. Installation bit tricky and also noticed element bending slightly after a few days usage making toast. Original took a few years to bend but this in a few days unfortunately.

Good service but disappointed I couldn’t pay over the phone, but had to pay online. Only 2 months ago my PayPal account was scammed so don’t like to use this method anymore.

Hello, I have just checked your orders and can see there was one that a refund had not gone through properly on, so I apologise and have reinitiated that. I would point out that on this order - we did not send the wrong part, you seem to have ordered the base element when you needed the grill element, which you later ordered. The original element that I ordered was too small (my fault!) so I had to return it. That was over 2 weeks ago, but I still haven't as yet received my refund. The second element that I ordered, which was the right one, works well.

The ordering and the element itself were great, unfortunately after paying extra to get the element in 48 hours, I had to wait over a week for delivery, which I know was partially due to the pandemic, but if you can’t guarantee delivery in 48 hours, then you shouldn’t be charging for it or offering it as an option.

I have written recently via your online form to ask about returning the item due to the fact that the problem I had was far worse than the element itself and had to replace the whole oven, but I got no reply. Normally I would not be impressed but I'm giving the benefit of the doubt due to current situation.

Element works fine, genuine part at a good price. However the packaging was terrible. Wrapped in cardboard but you could still see the element as the ends were not covered. Has the element beem handled badly, could easily have arrived broken

Hi guys, can't give a proper review as the element didn't get fitted as on further inspection the wiring was totally shot so a new oven was required.

Would have given a higher score if it had arrived on time, paid for 48 hours delivery and it took 5 days. Was more than happy with the item itself.

Took to long to arrive and I did not get any correspondence from Royal Mail to say when it would arrive like you said in your e-mail

Hello, Sorry to hear you didn't receive an email - it is Royal Mails system that should deliver that. However, your order was placed on a Wednesday with Tracked 48 delivery method, and was delivered the following Friday, so the delivery time is what we would of hoped for. Ordered an element and a oven seal. The element was fine but the oven seal was not good quality and needed returning. Contacted the company but have had no response.

Service and postage was fine however this original part replaced one from them that was not even twelve months old and because 1st one was a non original had to pay again

Service very good, but this is the second element I have ordered as the first one went, had a fault that kept tripping the earth. should have lasted much longer. I have now ordered a spare as back up?
