“Positives; competetive pricing, prompt delivery at a small cost, checklist of cookers element would fit. Negatives ; search is not effective. Despite entering cooker and part required independently it showed as no product available. I was however able to find product by browsing kenwood products. Just took extra time. Overall a good aite would definately use in the future for mor replacement parts. Much cheaper than getting an engineer out. And there are helpful guides on the site also to aid in self repair of your appliance”
