Hello Mr Holder Sorry to hear about the delayed delivery of your order. We dispatched the order on Monday 14th Nov for delivery the following day. it appears that Royal Mail didn't deliver until Wed 16th. Most of the time the Tracked 24 system works very well but Royal Mail do not guarantee the delivery time. Sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused. Howard (Elerep)

“The element I purchased was to fit 4 model types of Nardi cookers including mine, but the element has been modified beyond all recognition to my old one, therefore my husband who fortunately is very capable was able to virtually redesign the element and fittings to fit in my oven. WHY OH WHY do you do that. It causes such problems a 5 minute job took 2 hrs. Not every wife has a clever Husband Mrs S Dawson”
