Hello, Unfortunately, this is due to current circumstances. We are very busy at the moment, and have less staff due to Covid restrictions, so have had to restrict orders to online only. Hopefully soon we will be able to take orders over the phone again! Regards, Element Replacement Ltd.

“ERL website helped with correct selection and competitive price purchase of fan oven replacement element. It arrived by Royal Mail next day, was fitted and the cooker back in normal operation within 36hrs of fault diagnosis. A very good service that I would use again in the same situation.”
