“Very easy online ordering with easy to find replacement parts. Part delivered in two days and was perfect fit. “Wrong element supplied when emailed was told our elements are patterns not genuine parts and some variations may exist!!! I had to alter the element myself to make it fit ie: removing the earth terminal and filing down the stub . Dicentra have this problem with THE ELEMENT MAN”
