“I had previously bought an element from elsewhere, and only discovered when the electrician arrived to fit it that it was the wrong one. He pointed me to your website and the correct element last Friday afternoon, where I placed my order and it was despatched the same day. It arrived today. “I sent for a particular element for my fan oven, according to the dimensions shown on their website, but they sent a smaller version. So I emailed them about it and they completely ignored me, they never got back to me. So I did not get a replacement or a refund, so I won't be using them again. I also sent them the photos shown below.”

Hello, Sorry to hear of your issues with you order, however we did reply to your email on the day you sent it to us 9/4. Please check and junk or spam folders in case it has gone to there. Email copied below: 'Hello, Sorry to see about the grill element being different, I will check our details. The tube in the middle can be ignored if your thermostat temperature sensor is secured somewhere else, however the element being smaller may mean you cant fit it as the support bar is not long enough? What wattage is your old element?
