“This is a good website to use and is quite easy to navigate. However, I felt a little let down at the fact that I had paid extra for next day delivery early on a Thursday evening only to be contacted via text later and informed that my goods would not be delivered until the following Monday. I did not see any information suggesting that weekends were not included in this option. The delivery itself was perfectly on time - as stated in my text message. Overall experience was pleasant but a little disappointed in the mix up with next day delivery, hence my 4 out of 5 stars. I shall probably use this again - if I don't give up the dreaded weed in the meantime.”
