“I ordered a Dyson cleaner form electricshop, the price was much lower than anywhere else. delivery was quoted as 5 working days, but it arrived in 2 days. I had no need to contact the company with any problems, so can not comment on how easy this is.”

“I bought a replacement Sebo vacuum at the Electric Shop at a very good price. Their Customer services were excellent when the delivery driver couldn't find my address. They called me directly to apologise and to re-book the delivery for the following day. Very good personal service which is rare today. I would highly recommend them.”

“Best price for the Miele vacuum cleaner we wanted. Dispatched in time and delivered securely as we had to give the courier a security code. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because after a day of ordering we received an email from the company saying they needed to verify our payment card details. I saw no reason for this as the card is registered to the delivery address but it was a process that needed to happen in order to receive our purchase. The person I spoke to explained things well and verified the card quickly then confirming our order would arrive soon. No issues but a bit of a faff at the end.”

“Ordered a dyson cordless vacuum cleaner on Friday morning, expecting it to be delivered the following Monday or Tuesday. It was delivered the morning after I ordered it. I done my own research and electric shop was the best price for the dyson I bought. Really delighted.”
