“I ordered a turntable from Electricshop. I knew what I wanted and originally I was going to buy it from John Lewis as they had it for a good price, free delivery and a two year warranty but unfortunately they were out of stock. Then I found it in Electricshop, same price, free delivery and a two year warranty. It was a no brainer, the turntable arrived in good order two days later. I will certainly be looking at Electricshop next time I need a product.”

“One of the best prices I found on the internet for the Sebo vacuum E3 premium + boost I purchased. This was the first time I had used the Electricshop.com, very straight forward and easy site to use. “Dyson V15 Absolute Detect. Got this cordless vacuum cleaner a week ago. Used it a few times and so far very impressed. Love the larger bin and the fact it’s easier to empty. I am paralysed down my right side and partially sighted. So that fact that the vacuum cleaner is cordless is also very good. I like the fact that it tells you the remaining time on the top of the vacuum cleaner. I would like to also praise the electric shop. Prompt,friendly and reliable service would definitely recommend.”

“I purchased a Sebo Airbelt E3 Premium+Boost. After deciding I wanted the aforementioned, I trawled the internet for a few days checking out prices, they ranged from £499-£590 everywhere else I'd looked, b7t then I finally stumbled upon electricshop.com where it was priced at £445; so I did a little bit of research on the website, read through the description to ensure it was new, and paid. It was delivered a day early, even though the site stated 3-4 days—it's not often you come across delivery early. I'm amazed at the quality of my Sebo hoover, since it's the first time I've owned one die to being a previous Miele customer (now they've started out-sourcing most of their parts in China I'll no longer purchase Miele). Sebo is 100% made in Germany and it shows in the sturdiness of the build, just an awesome machine, well worth the money. Plus, all the parts can be replaced if need be, so customers have the right to fix at home. Parts are half the cost of Miele's. This is my first time shopping with electricshop.com, their website is easy to navigate and the prices are super competitive so I'll make sure to come again in the future. Absolutely chuffed to bits!”

“Ordered a vacuum cleaner to replace existing. I was given a delivery date and time (earlier than anticipated)which was inconvenient. It was so easy to give an alternative date on the web. On the day of delivery I was given a time slot of 1 hour,sure enough the item arrived within this slot. No damage to the parcel or contents.”
