“Ordered a 75" TCL TV which was dispatched and arrived promptly. Unfortunately the TV was damaged which was disappointing, however electricshop acted promptly and replaced the faulty item within a few days. Things don't always go great with online ordering and problems do happen, for me it is how the retailer responds that defines a good retailer and electric shop were very responsive in resolving the problem.”

“I ordered a hoover on Wednesday and paid extra to have it by Friday. Unfortunately there was a delay caused by DPD. Electricshop rang me on Friday to inform me of the delay. I was disappointed but grateful they had rung. This was followed up with a further call on Monday to let me know it was coming and that my payment for express delivery would be refunded. Excellent customer care.”
