“I'd never heard of electicshop.com before my puchase, the price was considerably lower than a better known rival and I was a little dubious, but after a little research I convinced myself all was legit. The order came when I asked for it to arrive, packaged well and without any damage. “Bought a new steam generator iron as my old one had died. Was called by a member of staff straight away to tell me the quick delivery I had paid for could not be applied as the item could only be shipped on a specific day. Was given the option to wait and have a refund or cancel the purchase completely. Because the customer service had been so good I decided to wait and the refund for the extra cost was refunded immediately and the item arrived within the hour time slot on the day they advised. Brilliant service!”
