I’m absolutely thrilled with my ex display Robert’s 67l I can’t even see the slight marks described on the website, the shop were incredibly helpful over delivery, and it has just been really good service all round.

Pooor quality item, no responsibility accepted for quality assurance made a point saying in the small print you need to open and check within 48 hours, they do not check before dispatching. They made a point of saying it is still functional it does matter about the dent, they wouldn’t have in their kitchen so why would I. Please note even if I had xx checked in box the dent wasn’t visible until the protective layer was removed. Just a warning to say but with caution and if you are not happy to lose the amount of your purchase price or at least 70% of it walk away. They then offered 14-20 refund as gesture of goodwill, what is good about this when the part costs 88 to replace. No offer to replace at all. Then they belittle you by responding rudely and lying.

Please rest assured that we take all customer concerns seriously and aim to resolve issues as swiftly and fairly as possible. Following a thorough investigation, we can confirm that the cooker hood you received was a brand-new, factory-sealed unit, supplied to us directly by the manufacturer. As such, there would have been no reason for us to open the box prior to dispatch. The photos you provided show a minor dent approximately 1cm in diameter on the panel. While we regret any damage that may have occurred, this was reported outside the timeframe required for us to file a claim with our courier. Nevertheless, we understand your frustration and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered a refund of £20.00—representing over 15% of the total purchase price of £129.97. During your recent conversation with our customer service team, you indicated that you expected compensation of a higher amount unfortunately, we feel that this would be disproportionate given the minor nature of the damage (less than 1cm dink on a panel) and the overall value of the item, also this could have happened while unpacking and reported well outside the time frame We do apologise for any inconvenience this matter has caused and appreciate your understanding. I recently ordered an Denon Hifi bundle from the Electricshop.com. The service was excellent. The order process was very quick and easy. I ordered last Thursday and it was delivered on Saturday by DPD. The delivery by DPD was also excellent. This was my first order from the Electricshop.com and I would be very happy to recommend them.

This is my third order. I always order on Sundays, and the package arrives at home on Tuesday morning. Very fast delivery. Regarding the Yamaha, it sounds great with the WHARFEDALE Diamond 12.3 speakers and the Yamaha NS-SW200 subwoofer. The amplifier handles it well, the quality is very high; this setup doesn't tire the ears. The internet radio works great, and setting up and connecting everything took less than an hour. I recommend both the equipment and the store.

What a great experience! We had chosen a food processor and found electricshop to be incredibly good value. We rang up and spoke to Ed who was very helpful, ordered online once we had had confirmation that the item was in stock, and it was delivered within a couple of days.
