“Excellent experience. My Bose soundbar was significantly cheaper than anywhere else and it arrived two days after ordering by DPD. ELECTRICSHOP web site is also clear and easy to navigate unlike many companies”

“Item delivered at 2145. Was scheduled to arrive between 1800 and 2000. Removal of old fridge/freezer resulted in damage to my wooden floor as it was dropped.”

“Bought a speaker through the electricshop, item was well priced and well packaged. Communication was impeccable. There was a (very slight) delay to delivery whilst they waited for stock delivery, but they emailed and rang to apologise and check i was happy with the delay. Of course it was no issue given it was a very small delay, but was a very thoughtful customer service experience. Have marked the option below as “longer than 7 days” but also “on time” given the great communication”

“I ordered a Sebo vacuum cleaner and it was delivered less than 24 hours from ordering from the electricshop It was also £120 cheaper than buying directly from Sebo I will look to see if the electricshop have any items I need in the future 5* excellent service thank you”
