“As a long term Dyson user I had been holding out for the DC15 to be offered at a reduced price. Electricshop.com came back on my weekly search as a genuine retailer offering a reduced price for the unit. After reading online reviews and spotting that they are part of the Euronics group my initially scepticism about them not being a genuine supplier was quashed and I ordered the unit. After placing my order I was kept up to date at every-step of the delivery process. Unfortunately after confirmation of my deliver I received notification from another retailer that they had reduced the price of the unit by another £50, on checking electricshop.coms price match policy it clearly stated that they only priced matched prior to the order being confirmed. After contacting their customer service department regarding their returns policy I was advised that I would have to pay for the return of the unit, which again is in their documented policy. Too their credit they offered me a further reduction that although didn’t match the price difference made me think I could live without the hassle of returning the unit and ordering from the other supplier. The new Dyson DC15, now in use has been very impressive, and although I did not get the best price on the day from electricshop.com I believe they preformed very professionally throughout my dealings with them.”

“I purchased a TV and Soundbar from electricshop.com and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again. They gave me a courtesy call after my purchase to arrange a delivery date and were extremely helpful when I thought I'd made a wrong purchase (I hadn't, and Mark explained in full why I may have thought I had). Very friendly and approachable. It's nice not to be connected to a call centre and to deal with the staff directly. Top service!”
