“I ordered my item at a very good price from electricshop.com late on a Saturday. A member of staff called me on the Monday morning to advise of my delivery date of the following day. As this was the next working day, it was far quicker than I had expected. Everything was extremely efficient and friendly. Thank you.”

“Purchased an amp, speakers and speaker cable online and the goods, bar the cable, arrived within the timeframe stipulated on the site and also very well packaged. I phoned the shop and spoke to a thoroughly decent chap, whose name I forget at this time, to inform him of the missing item. He called me back to tell me it hadn't been sent in error and promised me next day delivery, which it was. All in all, the Electric Shop provided a good service and I'll most certainly use them again when I'm on the lookout for more gear.”

“Delivered on 9th working day after ordering online. Tried to contact by phone on 5th day to see what was going on and had to ring 4 times trying different ext. numbers before someone answered. This was a week day! Eventually told there was a backlog but they had my order [which I already knew]. Poor customer service and bad communication. Item I bought is fine but I would be reluctant to use this company again. Delivery service good once they got item.”

“I ordered a washing machine from the electricshop and the process was very straightforward. The website was easy to use and someone rang me on the same day to arrange a delivery date. I received regular communications about my order and, the day before delivery, I was given a two-hour delivery slot. I was able to track the delivery on the day which was really helpful. Great process from start to finish.”
