“An online service I trust. I spent over £3,500 with electricshop and that's a heck of a risk with someone you've never met. I'm delighted to say they delivered on everything they said they would on their website and more! Delivery communications via text and app was outstanding, I didn't have to wait around all day for a delivery, I was kept informed the whole time. An awesome genuine Bose product with outstanding service. I'll be back.”

“Was told delivery date and time, but it could not be left in a safe place. Emailed my option to be delivered at my neighbours but they never received it after waiting in for the delivery. However, the driver left it in my cupboard!! There was no ticket left. But the following day I received a email saying I had signed for it strange as I was at work!!. There was nothing in my cupboard as I have not received any purchase. Someone is phoning me tomorrow morning. As I would like my hoover of which i have paid for, but have yet not received.”

“I ordered my item at a very good price from electricshop.com late on a Saturday. A member of staff called me on the Monday morning to advise of my delivery date of the following day. As this was the next working day, it was far quicker than I had expected. Everything was extremely efficient and friendly. Thank you.”

“Purchased an amp, speakers and speaker cable online and the goods, bar the cable, arrived within the timeframe stipulated on the site and also very well packaged. I phoned the shop and spoke to a thoroughly decent chap, whose name I forget at this time, to inform him of the missing item. He called me back to tell me it hadn't been sent in error and promised me next day delivery, which it was. All in all, the Electric Shop provided a good service and I'll most certainly use them again when I'm on the lookout for more gear.”
