“I found it easy to order and my package arrived quickly but was unfortunately faulty. This happens and isn’t the fault of electricshop. They have arranged a return but however this did take longer to accomplish than I would have liked which they have apologised for. I’d like to see them make their returns process simpler in future and hope that they’ll take this feedback on board.”
