“I'd never heard of the Electric Shop, but we ordered the washing machine from them because they had the one we wanted at the cheapest price. Delivery was quick and efficient. I was impressed that they gave us a choice of day and kept us informed at all time. The night before they gave us a 2 hour slot - way better than most companies that say between 7am and 7pm! When I had a query, they sorted it out very quickly and sent me a very nice email. I would definitely consider using them again if their price was competitive.”

“Used these guys a few times for Shark fans and more recently a Dyson hoover…great little company. Good prices and seem to price match so I’ve always got a bargain. Delivery has been really good so no issues and had the option on smaller items to divert to parcel shop or locker so that’s a massive bonus. Can’t fault them and just about to place an order for a Roberts radio that’s on offer. Full tracking is always provided and orders on the free delivery have arrived exceptionally quick. 10/10 from me…thank you!”

“We ordered a Dyson HushJet Mini Cool (personal fan). It was dispatched and arrived by courier in good time. Unfortunately the fan was noisier than we expected (not really a 'hush'jet) and we decided to return it. Communicating with electricshop.com was easy, the item was returned and the refund was issued the very same day it was received by electricshop.com. A good service all round.”

“So bought the Ninja BBQ smoker from Electricshop.com. First thing is the great price they offer, much cheaper than anyone else. Item brand new and very well packaged. Delivered in 2 days which was very fast. Overall I’d definitely buy from these again. The BBQ is amazing and a real game changer for anyone who wishes to have a much speedier experience. Cooks brilliantly without all the faff of a charcoal bbq and without the worry of running out of gas. I give the whole experience a five star thank you.”

“To be honest, there aren't a lot of companies like this, I ordered a audio Pro speaker and they literally gave me updates on exactly what was happening with my order and I was very happy when I found out that it's being delivered by DPD and not some cheaper companies and everything was delivered very fast but again i was being updated all the way, such a great company and i would highly recommend these guys.”
