“The Electrics shop had what I was looking for and navigating the website was very straightforward. The items took a little bit longer to arrive than expected but I contacted the Sales team and Sunny kindly assured me that the items were on their way. I'm very happy with the things I bought and am pleased to have found you as I will be back when looking for electrical items in the future.”

“Ordering online was simple and they were by far the cheapest which was great! Unfortunately I discovered my item was damaged once I'd started to unpack it. I contacted customer services immediately via email & phone and I was told that Ed was already on the case liaising with the manufacturer. Ed phoned me later that day and the following morning with an update. I also received a call from the manufacturer apologising for the damage and received my replacement part in the post today. Phew! So overall it was a great experience thanks to these guys going the extra mile to sort things out. I would definitely recommend electricshop.com!”

“Very impressed first time customer. Best price for the product, and further helped by an introductory discount. Delivery was incredibly fast even though it was standard delivery, and item arrived on a Saturday carefully delivered by DPD with a secure PIN. Well packaged and sealed. Would 100% shop here again.”

“Hadn't heard of this company previously so was a little uneasy. However, once I'd pressed the purchase button, I received confirmation and subsequent delivery details. The purchase price was amongst the cheaper sellers. The delivery time did it for me. It arrived within a few days via DPD Hats of to you all!”
