“Ordered Ninja flex drawer air fryer on 5 June 2026 at a discounted price saving £80 from other retailers. Delivered was really quick. Full tracking detail were sent. Item arrived in perfect condition. I am really pleased with my purchase, would definitely recommend and would order from them again.”

“I recently orderd a Shark fan through Electricshop.com. Unfortunately, their order confirmation stated a 4/5 days delivery, but the delivery took 19 days. I must admit that Electricshop were not responsible for the delay as the problem was with the manufacturer, However, it took 4 phone calls and an email before I found out what was going on. Ultimately communication was good, but it wasn't to start with and I was left wondering what had happened to my purchase.”

“Extremely prompt service. Item was hugely discounted due to exterior packaging minor scuffs. Item itself however was brand new and unopened. A quality product which knocked spots off the other online sites at that price and very very happy with my purchase.”

“The TV was at an incredibly low price compared to other stores. It was a LG OLED C5 which cost just under £700 from Electricshop, whereas some places charged over £1000. It's a bargain. The service was also great. It came on time and the delivery process was made clear to me, both from the store and the courier. I would highly recommend buying from here. Next time I need tech I will be sure to check Electricshop first.”

“Ordering online was simple and they were by far the cheapest which was great! Unfortunately I discovered my item was damaged once I'd started to unpack it. I contacted customer services immediately via email & phone and I was told that Ed was already on the case liaising with the manufacturer. Ed phoned me later that day and the following morning with an update. I also received a call from the manufacturer apologising for the damage and received my replacement part in the post today. Phew! So overall it was a great experience thanks to these guys going the extra mile to sort things out. I would definitely recommend electricshop.com!”
