“Electric shop ad the product I wanted at an excellent price. Ordering was straightforward, despatched was prompt and communication was outstanding. Only glitch, which was not the fault of electric ship, was a botched delivery by dpd., who were awful (not the first time either). As soon as electric shop heard there was an issue they proactively reached out and helped resolve it. The product, when it arrived, was exactly as expected and we are very pleased with it. I will not hesitate to use electric shop again - especially if they change their delivery service!”

“Not happy at all , dyson delivered in good time works ok except for an a tool for the stairs it dosent fit the machine either that or the pins are bent not sure which, so rang up Sunny to explain and she told me to u tube how to fit it no sunny it dosent fit her next advice is contact dyson well no i bought from you electric shop , the contract of my purchase is with you not dyson , its either the wrong model part or it is broken either way Electric shop dont want to resolve the issue ive heard nothing more since will be taking it further if not i will involve my bank for cashback”

“Placed order for my sebo very straight forward extremely prompt delivery and was regularly kept in tough with .I have yet to use my cleaner but as I have another sebo I feel sure this will be as good if not better as I have scaled up to a better one .Thank you will use your company again”
