“Item was unable to be delivered as I was not home. When I asked for a weekend delivery i was told there would be an extra change. As they were unable to accomodate a delivery to a 'safe location' or a neighbour, i cancelled the order. I was then charged for cancelling the order. I raised a complaint and was effectively told, 'tough, this is our procedure'. I wouldnt buy from here again as they dont help accomodate full time working people.”

To give customers as much flexibility as possible, we offer both Nominated Day and Weekend Delivery options, which can be selected during checkout. We appreciate that this doesn't always suit everyone's circumstances, but we do try to provide a range of delivery choices. However, when your order was placed it was placed on standard delivery. To help keep our customers' orders safe, all of our deliveries are sent via DPD's secure chip-and-PIN service. This means parcels can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbor. We introduced this service to reduce the risk of parcels going missing, and it has proved to be a very successful and secure delivery method for our customers. We're sorry that this meant we couldn't accommodate your preferred delivery arrangement on this occasion, and we're equally sorry that you were unhappy with the cancellation process. “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience with Electricshop! I recently bought a Ninja Coffee Machine from Electricshop and I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. The website is incredibly user-friendly — clean layout, easy navigation, and smooth checkout. I found exactly what I wanted in just a couple of minutes. The delivery was impressively quick! I ordered in the evening and it arrived within two days, well-packaged and in perfect condition. The tracking system was also fantastic — clear updates at every stage, so I always knew exactly where my order was. The Ninja machine itself is brilliant (makes amazing coffee), but the shopping experience with Electricshop made it even better. Great prices, reliable service, and no hassle at all. “I'd never heard of the Electric Shop, but we ordered the washing machine from them because they had the one we wanted at the cheapest price. Delivery was quick and efficient. I was impressed that they gave us a choice of day and kept us informed at all time. The night before they gave us a 2 hour slot - way better than most companies that say between 7am and 7pm! When I had a query, they sorted it out very quickly and sent me a very nice email. I would definitely consider using them again if their price was competitive.”
