“Pleased with product when it eventually arrived. I've had so many bad experiences if buying on line I became anxious when the item didn't arrive at allotted time. I then received a text to say it would be delivered in the evening around 6pm. No delivery came and I didn't hear any more from the DPD. So u emailed them saying I was concerned about delivery. However I then received a text in the Mir ing saying it eoukd arrive between 12-1pm. It came aroubd 1.15pm. So I've given a 3 star but prospect and was delivered correct house etc was good. Just marked lower because of delivery times and no text to let me know they would h coming the next day.”

Good evening We are sorry to hear of the delay and mis-communication from DPD regarding delivery of your order When you emailed us yesterday we contacted DPD and replied to your email within the hour confirming the revised time slot from DPD Although the delivery was not scheduled for Sunday apparently were trying to clear some of the back log of parcels over the weekend and unfortunately driver ran out of time Glad to see that you received your order on the scheduled date yesterday/Monday 24th November Our apologies for any inconvenience and confusion caused by DPD Regards Ken Electricshop Customer Services

“The advert showed a blue docking station the same colour as robot. What can you do to recitfy this? The grey docking station is awful and looks worse with radiation symbols. I will rate you after your reply. David Next day Thanks Edd Following your phone call this morning, I am able to rate you a 5 star.
