“Ordered a vacuum cleaner to replace existing. I was given a delivery date and time (earlier than anticipated)which was inconvenient. It was so easy to give an alternative date on the web. On the day of delivery I was given a time slot of 1 hour,sure enough the item arrived within this slot. No damage to the parcel or contents.”

“I was a bit skeptical about getting my Dyson heater here at first, as it’s an independent store. However, delivery is quick and with a PIN code, the delivery man is polite. Also my Dyson is sealed, all check and connected to my Dyson apps, all good! Happy with my purchase”
