After sales customer service is non existent. You will not get any assistance or help once you have purchased your item. Contacting them by telephone / mobile is at an extortionate premium rate cost. Recommend not calling them. I did and it cost me money only to be told we are busy but will get back to you. They profit by the customer calling them. They did not act on my call. Left me trying to sort out issues which would be easily resolved by them
