“I was very impressed with my first time order. A 'neon' bulb had blown in my very old extractor hood. Couldn't find a replacement anywhere, but Electrical World had it. It arrived very well packaged and protected and is now part of the kitchen furniture.”

“I recently bought tubs of chicken manure. The price was excellent, and there was no delivery charge- another bonus. However, I had to ask when I could expect delivery as this extended to weeks. Once I contacted the company, they replied promptly. Delivered intact.”

“I ordered six items. Waited over a week for them to be delivered but still nothing so I called up and found out they only had four in stock. Couldn’t give me a time on when new stock would be coming in. Eventually got a refund for two when the other forward were delivered.”
