“The 2kW Eterna Downflow heater works great! ;however the mini radiator it’s not worth it as it doesn’t heat up a medium bedroom is more for a very small bedroom or a small bathroom. I should have read it was it was a 500 watts only.”

“2 / 3 days delivery turned into 2 weeks, had to email them to find out when delivery would be their reply was they were waiting for stock to arrive when they were delivered in two plastic boxes there was no information on them. put them in the doorbell to charge and nothing happened! checked they were correctly still not charging. so accepted a faulty doorbell, then found a small sticky cap on the base of the new batteries which I removed replaced them in the doorbell and now charging. To me this should be pointed out when the batteries are packaged, that the sticky base should be removed”

“Terrible service, ordered a product and paid for 1-2 day delivery and didn’t receive the item till nearly 2 weeks later. Multiple attempts to call but phone lines wound just ring out for over 30 mins and cut out. Multiple emails sent to be told it’s coming tomorrow it’s arriving in two days blah blah blah. Wouldn’t put me through to anyone, wouldn’t call be back after asking for a call to speak to someone rather than email. I told a employee I ordered this product for a job and I was letting my own customer down when it didn’t arrive for 2 weeks”
