“The electric fire suite I ordered came without the fire, I didn't like colour of surround so decided to return, arranged for a scheduled collection, took a day off work as they can't give exact time and courier didn't arrive, now have to arrange again, absolutely appalling service”

“Invoice said item would be dispatched within 3-5 days. 7 days after my order I tried ringing but gave up after 30 minutes or so on hold. I emailed the company and received a reply within a few hours informing me that the item had been dispatched that morning. I then tracked my order which showed it was still being processed Item was actually dispatched 10 days after my order was accepted.”
